Terms and Conditions

• If a room / apartment is available, we'll reserve your accommodation immediately!
• Payment will be done by cash or credit card (Visa, Master, Eurocard).
• When your reservation is confirmed you will receive a voucher (e-mail confirmation or fax confirmation) that you will show when you check-in at Casanova di Pescille.
• Please note that your card will NOT be charged before your stay (just a check of the validity of the card will be performed).
• Check-in: 08.00 am - 21.00 pm
• Check-out: 10.00 am
• The room/apartment cost includes: breakfast, daily cleaning, change of bed linens and towels and air conditioning.

Cancellation Policy

• From the moment of your reservation (even the day after) a cancellation fee of 50% of the entire amount will be applied.
• If the guest fails to arrive and he communicates the failure to arrive within the two weeks before the staying, the cancellation fee will be 70% of the entire amount.
• If the guest fail to arrive and communicate, or does not communicate, in advance via fax, e-mail, or phone the failure to arrive, a full charge (100%) will be applied.
